San Diego weapons accusations against Boosie 2023

During the time that he was in San Diego filming a music video, the rapper Boosie Badazz was taken into custody on firearms charges in San Diego.

According to the San Diego County Jail, Boosie was arrested on four counts: felon in possession of a handgun, concealed carry a weapon in a vehicle, possession of ammunition by a banned person, and unlisted owner of a registered firearm. Each of these crimes has a potential sentence of up to four years in prison.

On Friday, Boosie shared a photo on social media with Bully Three, a rapper who collaborated with Boosie on the song “How You Wanna Play It?” Bully Three and Boosie also appeared in the photo together.

Boosie was released on bail as of Sunday afternoon and was free to go.
