Lady Gaga has disclosed that she is preparing a concert film for The Chromatica Ball Tour.
The 37-year-old musician updated her Instagram followers on her numerous endeavors, including her role in the Joker sequel Folie a Deux.
Gaga stated that her admirers will soon be able to view the film in theaters. “Since last summer, I’ve been experiencing my creativity in a very unique and private way,” the actor-singer said.
“I wrote and produced music for a special project, I spent months preparing and developing my character for ‘Joker,’ I filmed ‘Joker’ for many months (a very introspective time), I have been running my start-up Haus Labs, doing philanthropic work, and I have also been editing The Chromatica Ball film,” she added.
Gaga promoted her sixth album, ‘Chromatica’, with a 15-city tour in 2020.
According to the entertainment news source Variety, the concert was likely captured during her performance at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium, where over 52,000 attendees were informed that the show was being recorded.
The singer also posted a photo of herself editing The Chromatica Ball, with a film still in the background.
“I can’t WAIT for you to experience it,” Gaga exclaimed.
“Thank you for your willingness to grow with me so that I can change and metamorphose alongside the community I adore so much. I hope you enjoy everything I’ve created for you, and I hope this serves as a reminder of my devotion and dedication to art,” she continued.
Gaga will next be seen in Joker: Folie a Deux opposite Joaquin Phoenix. In the film directed by Todd Phillips, the actor-singer will portray Harley Quinn.
