Car wreck charges Pete Davidson with reckless driving 2023

Pete Davidson, an actor and comedian, has been accused with driving in a hazardous manner.

According to aceshowbiz.com, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has legally prosecuted the actor following an incident on the evening of March 4 in which he allegedly lost control of his Mercedes and slammed into a house while driving down a residential street.

The incident occurred as the actor was reportedly driving through a neighborhood.

Davidson reportedly mounted the curb and hit a fire hydrant before crashing into the house, according to sources quoted by TMZ.

Driving dangerously might land Pete in jail for 90 days and a $1,000 fine.

However, the police did not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident, and the former cast member of ‘Saturday Night Live’, whose girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders was in the car, was not arrested at the scene. Wonders was also in the vehicle.

Even though no one was wounded in the event, the homeowner said to TMZ that his daughter, who is 16 years old, was “a bit” shaken up by the experience. On the other hand, the man who was not identified stated that he did not have any problems with the driver and that he did not want to sue Pete.

The accident took place not long after the two returned to Los Angeles from a vacation in Hawaii, but Pete didn’t let it derail his weekend plans. He was still able to go to the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards the following night, where he gave the Lifetime Achievement award to the character Optimus Prime from the “Transformers” series.

It has been said that Davidson has been romantically involved with his co-star on “Bodies Bodies Bodies,” Chase, for the past several months. Prior to their friendship developing into a love partnership, the two were acquaintances for quite some time.
