After verifying in January that she and her husband, Hugh Dancy, 47, are expecting their third child, the Homeland actress, 44, was spotted shopping for children’s apparel in the Soho neighborhood of New York City.

The expectant mother was spotted carrying multiple shopping bags as she visited the various boutiques and stores in the shopping district while wearing a dress with a vibrant blue pattern and large black spectacles.
Danes and the Hannibal actor already have two sons: 10-year-old Cyrus Michael Christopher and 4-year-old Rowan.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Fleishman Is in Trouble actress divulged that her children’s reaction to the news of her pregnancy was “less than thrilled.”

Noting that her youngest son was “categorically opposed to the notion,” she explained, “He said, ‘No, no, no. I don’t like it. I don’t like it. I like calm, Mama.’ I was like, ‘You like peace?’ That is impressive because that guy never shuts up. He said, “When it comes out of your stomach, we’ll give it to a family without a child, because we’re done.”
At the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of her new HBO Max miniseries Full Circle, Danes told PEOPLE that she felt “extremely pregnant.”

“We haven’t settled on anything yet,” she said in response to a question about whether she and her spouse have chosen a name. “But, you know, we still have a little bit of time.”
